ធីប្រគល់-ទទួលរថយន្តដឹកសំរាមនេះ ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត អ៊ាង សុផល្លែត រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន និង ឯកឧត្តម UENO Atsushi ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតវិសាមញ្ញ និងពេញសមត្ថភាពនៃប្រទេសជប៉ុនប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នៅថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។
ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរាជទូតជប៉ុនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋជប៉ុនទាំងអស់ ដែលបានរួមចំណែកជាមួយយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តចក្រាវិស័យបរិស្ថាន ២០២៣-២០២៨ ដោយផ្តោតជាអាទិភាពលើ ភាពស្អាត ភាពបៃតង និងចីរភាព ឈានឆ្ពោះទៅសម្រេចឱ្យបាននូវចក្ខុវិស័យកម្ពុជាស្អាត តាមរយៈវិធានការគន្លឹះជាជំហានៗ ដែលក្រសួងបរិស្ថានបានកំពុងបន្តយ៉ាងសកម្មគឺ ការអប់រំ ផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ដើម្បីផ្លាស់ប្តូរឥរិយាបថ និងកៀរគរការចូលរួមពីសាធារណជន។
The Ministry of Environment received an additional 10 garbage trucks from the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects (KUSANONE) of the Government of Japan, to be provided to sub-national administrations.
The handover ceremony of these garbage trucks was held under the high presidency of His Excellency Dr. Eang Sophalleth, Minister of Environment, and His Excellency UENO Atsushi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia, on April 27, 2026.
The Minister of Environment expressed his gratitude to the Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia and to the people of Japan for their contribution to the Environmental Sector Strategic Plan 2023–2028, which prioritizes cleanliness, greenness, and sustainability.
