ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ សមាជិកគណៈអចិន្ដ្រៃយ៍គណៈកម្មាធិការកណ្ដាលសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា និងជាប្រធានកិត្តិយសក្រុមការងារសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា ក្នុងវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានអញ្ជើញទទួលអំណោយរបស់ លោក អេង សំអាត នាយកប្រតិបត្តិ អង្គការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍និងសង្គ្រោះសកលកម្ពុជា ដែលបានឧបត្ថម្ភសម្ភារចំនួន ៤០០ប្រអប់ រួមមាន៖ បាល់ ប៊ិច ខ្មៅដៃ ក្រដាស់សរសេរ ច្រាសដុសធ្មេញ ថ្នាំដុសធ្មេញ ក្រាសសិតសក់ តុក្កតា ស្រោមជើង កាបូបស្ពាយ មួក និងសំពត់ ដែលសរុបជាទឹកប្រាក់ចំនួន ៨ ០០០ដុល្លាសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក មកចូលរួមក្នុងមូលនិធិសប្បុរសធម៌ ដែលរៀបចំដោយក្រុមការងារសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា ក្នុងវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ សម្រាប់យកទៅឧបត្ថម្ភគាំទ្រដល់គ្រួសារវីរកងទ័ពឈរជើងនៅសមរភូមិជួរមុខ និងប្រជាជនភៀសសឹកកម្ពុជា។ អញ្ជើញចូលរួមនាឱកាសនោះរួមមាន ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ ឯកឧត្តមជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួង រួមជាមួយលោកជំទាវអនុប្រធានកិត្តិយសនៃក្រុមការងារសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា ក្នុងវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទផងដែរ។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅ ចំពោះសន្ដានចិត្តប្រកបដោយសប្បុរសធម៌របស់ លោកនាយកប្រតិបត្តិ ដែលបានបរិច្ចាគនូវសម្ភារជាច្រើន ចូលរួមក្នុងមូលនិធិសប្បុរធម៌នេះ ដែលសម្ភារទាំងនេះពិតជាមានសារប្រយោជន៍យ៉ាងខ្លាំង សម្រាប់ចែកជូនដល់កុមារតូចៗដែលជាកូនរបស់វីរកងទ័ព និងកូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋភៀសសឹកកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការសិក្សា រៀនសូត្របន្ថែម ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលនៃការស្នាក់នៅបណ្ដោះអាសន្ននៅតាមទីតាំងសុវត្ថិភាពនានា។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានបញ្ជាក់ជូនថា អំណោយដែលក្រសួងទទួលបាននាពេលកន្លងមក ក្រសួង បានផ្ដល់ជូនទៅគ្រប់គោលដៅ ដែលសម្រាប់ចែកជូនដល់ វីរកងទ័ព គ្រួសារវីរកងទ័ព និងជនភៀសសឹក ដោយផ្ទាល់ និងតាមរយៈមន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទខេត្តនៅតាមព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា និងថៃ រួមមាន៖ ខេត្តព្រះវិហារ, បន្ទាយមានជ័យ, ឧត្តរមានជ័យ, សៀមរាប, ពោធិ៍សាត់ និងខេត្តកោះកុងជាដើម។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានអំពាវនាវដល់សប្បុរសជន ក៏ដូចជាបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទាំងអស់ បន្ដរួមគ្នាជាធ្លុងមួយយ៉ាងរឹងមាំ បន្ដជឿជាក់លើវីរកងទ័ពជួរមុខកម្ពុជា និងជឿទុកចិត្តលើការដឹកនាំរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដី និងដែនអធិបតេយ្យភាពនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ៕
Phnom Penh: On Tuesday afternoon, January 6, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), and Honorary Chair of the UYFC Working Group in the field of rural development, received donations from Mr. Eng Sam Ath, Director of the Cambodia Global Action, who contributed 400 boxes of items, including: balls, pens, pencils, writing paper, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, dolls, socks, backpacks, hats, and skirts, totaling USD 8,000, to join the charitable fund organized by the UYFC Working Group in the field of rural development, for supporting the families of frontline hero soldiers and displaced Cambodian civilians. Attending the occasion were His Excellency, the Permanent Secretary of State, senior ministry leadership, and the Honorary Vice Chair of the UYFC Working Group in the field of rural development.
On this occasion, H.E. the Minister expressed profound gratitude to the Director for their generous donation of supplies to this charitable fund. These supplies are highly useful for distributing to young children, soldiers' children, and displaced Cambodian citizens to support their learning and studies during their temporary stay at various safe locations. H.E. the Minister affirmed that the donations received by the ministry in recent times have been delivered to all intended beneficiaries, to be distributed to hero soldiers, their families, and displaced persons directly and through the provincial Departments of Rural Development along the Cambodia–Thailand border, including, among others: Preah Vihear, Banteay Meanchey, Oddar Meanchey, Siem Reap, Pursat, and Koh Kong. He also appealed to philanthropists and compatriots to continue uniting as one in strong solidarity, to maintain confidence in Cambodia’s frontline soldiers and trust in the leadership of the Royal Government, and to defend the Kingdom of Cambodia’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.
