On the afternoon of 2 February 2026, H.E. Dr. Eang Sophalleth, Minister of Environment, received a courtesy call from H.E. Ms. Vivian Loss Sanmartin, Ambassador of the Federative Republic of Brazil, at the Ministry of Environment.
This meeting marked her first official appearance in her capacity as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Federative Republic of Brazil and served as an opportunity to express the intention to strengthen and deepen cooperation across all sectors, particularly in the field of environment, with the Kingdom of Cambodia.
