បានអញ្ជើញជួបសំណេះសំណាលសួរសុខទុក្ខនិងប្រកាសចែកអំពូលសូឡា ដែលជាអំណោយរបស់សម្តេចធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត និងលោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ពេជ ចន្នមុន្នី ហ៊ុនម៉ាណែត ជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅក្នុងតំបន់ទេទឹកពុះ ស្រុកឱរ៉ាល់ ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ។
ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា ក្រសួងបរិស្ថានជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ បានរៀបចំអភិវឌ្ឍន៍តំបន់ទេទឹកពុះ ស្របតាមអនុសាស្រ្តដឹកនាំរបស់ សម្តេចប្រមុខរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តចក្រាវិស័យបរិស្ថាន ដែលរួមមានសសរស្តម្ភ៣គឺ ភាពស្អាត ភាពបៃតង និងចីរភាព ក្នុងនោះគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ នឹងធ្វើការកែលម្អហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ ក្នុងសហគមន៍កោដូន្តីនេះ តាមរយៈការដាំដើមឈើ ដាំផ្កាលម្អ មានកន្លែងទីសក្ការបូជា ទីតាំងវប្បធម៌ មានមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលព័ត៌មាន សម្រាប់ទេសចរ មានកន្លែងលក់ដូរសម្រាប់សហគមន៍ មានចំណតរថយន្ត បន្ទប់ទឹក បន្ទប់អនាម័យ និង កន្លែងអង្គុយត្រាំទឹកក្តៅសមរម្យ ដែលជួយសម្រួលដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ មកពីគ្រប់មជ្ឈដ្ឋាន ដែលមានបំណងត្រាំទឹកនិងព្យាបាលជំងឺតាមបែបធម្មជាតិ។
លើសពីនេះ ក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន មានគម្រោងដែលត្រូវអនុវត្តឆាប់ៗនាពេលខាងមុខដែរនោះ គឺការបង្រៀនឱ្យសហគមន៍មានភាពជាម្ចាស់ ចេះផ្តល់សេវាកម្មទេសចរណ៍ ដោយភាពស្អាតពីខាងក្នុង គឺមានភាពស្មោះត្រង់ តម្លៃលក់ដូរ មិនកាប់មិនកោរ និងប្រែក្លាយសហគមន៍ឱ្យមានសមត្ថភាពក្លាយជាសហគ្រិនភាព ជួយលើកស្ទួយជីវភាពប្រជាសហគមន៍ឱ្យមានចីរភាព។
On the morning of 29 November 2025, His Excellency Dr. Eang Sophalleth, Minister of Environment, met with and greeted local residents, delivering solar lamps—gifts from Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet and Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet—to the people living in the Te Teuk Pos area, Oral District, Kampong Speu Province.
His Excellency stated that throughout 2025, the Ministry of Environment has continued to develop the Te Teuk Pos area in line with the guidance of the Head of the Royal Government and the Environmental Circular Strategy, which includes the three pillars: Cleanliness, Greenness, and Sustainability. The development project will improve community infrastructure through tree planting, flower landscaping, the establishment of worship areas, cultural spaces, a tourist information center, community marketplaces, parking lots, restrooms, sanitation facilities, and suitable hot spring bathing areas to accommodate visitors from all backgrounds seeking natural therapeutic benefits.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Environment has upcoming plans to empower the community to take ownership and provide tourism services with inner cleanliness—meaning honesty, fair pricing, no logging or environmental harm—and to transform the community into resilient eco-entrepreneurs, ultimately enhancing the sustainable livelihoods of local residents.
