ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មការអន្តរក្រសួងរៀបចំបុណ្យទន្លេ លើកទី១០ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ រួមជាមួយឯកឧត្តម វ៉ា ថន អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តក្រចេះ អញ្ជើញដឹកនាំក្រុមការងារចុះពិនិត្យទីតាំងប្រារព្ធព្រឹត្តិការណ៍បុណ្យទន្លេលើកទី១០ នៅតាមបណ្តោយមាត់ទន្លេខេត្តក្រចេះ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «ទន្លេបៃតង បេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌ និងធម្មជាតិមហាសាល» ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។

ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសរំលេចថា ភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិអាចចូលរួមកម្សាន្តជាមួយសកម្មភាពជាច្រើន ដូចជា ការតាំងពិព័រណ៍ផលិតផលក្នុងស្រុក ការសម្តែងសិល្បៈវប្បធម៌ប្រពៃណី កីឡា និងកម្មវិធីកម្សាន្តជាច្រើនទៀត ពោលគឺព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះ ជាវេទិកាសំខាន់មួយសម្រាប់ផ្សព្វផ្សាយសម្រស់ទេសភាព និងសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍របស់ខេត្តក្រចេះឱ្យកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយផងដែរ។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសរំលេចបន្ថែមថា ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍បុណ្យទន្លេ គឺជាព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ទេសចរណ៍ដ៏សំខាន់មួយសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា ដែលមិនត្រឹមតែចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍នៃខេត្តជាប់ដងទន្លេប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងចូលរួមគាំទ្រគោលនយោបាយរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់អភិវឌ្ឍតំបន់តាមដងទន្លេប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ។

ក្នុងន័យនេះ បុណ្យទន្លេ មិនត្រឹមតែជាព្រឹត្តិការណ៍មួយសម្រាប់ខេត្តជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែបានផ្តល់នូវអត្ថប្រយោជន៍យ៉ាងច្រើនទាំងដោយផ្ទាល់ និងដោយប្រយោល ដូចជា៖

ទី១-បង្ហាញពីសាមគ្គីភាពរឹងមាំគ្រប់តួអង្គពាក់ព័ន្ធ តាម “អភិក្រមជវភាពនៃប្រព័ន្ធតួអង្គតែមួយ”

ទី២-ជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ច

ទី៣-លើកកម្ពស់ការអភិវឌ្ឍបៃតង ដែលមានការគិតគូរអំពីធនធានវប្បធម៌ (ភាពជាខ្មែរ) ធម្មជាតិ និងបរិស្ថាន

ទី៤-លើកកម្ពស់ការអប់រំ និងការយល់ដឹង និង

ទី៥-លើកកម្ពស់វិស័យទេសចរណ៍ តាមរយៈព្រឹត្តិការណ៍។

The 10th River Festival in Kratie Province showcases the province’s rich natural tourism potential, vibrant cultural heritage, and the river-based livelihoods of the Cambodian people living along the Mekong River.

HisExcellency HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism and Chairman of the Inter-Ministerial Committee for the Organization of the 10th River Festival 2026, together with H.E. VA Thon, Governor of Kratie Province, led a working group to inspect the locations along the Kratie riverside where the 10th River Festival will be held. The event will be held under the theme “Green River, Great Cultural and Natural Heritage” from March 27 to March 29, 2026.

On this occasion, His Excellency the Minister emphasized that national and international tourists will be able to enjoy a wide range of activities, including exhibitions of local products, traditional cultural performances, sports activities, and various entertainment programs. The festival also serves as an important platform to promote the beautiful landscapes and tourism potential of Kratie Province to a wider audience.

His Excellency the Minister further highlighted that the River Festival is an important tourism event for Cambodia. It not only helps promote the tourism potential of provinces along the rivers but also supports the Royal Government’s policy of focusing on the sustainable and responsible development of riverine areas.

In this regard, the River Festival is not only beneficial for the host province but also provides many direct and indirect benefits, including: 1. Demonstrating strong solidarity among all stakeholders through the “One System Actor” approach, 2. Promoting development and economic growth, 3. Encouraging green development with consideration for cultural resources (Khmer identity), nature, and the environment, 4. Enhancing education and public awareness, 5. Promoting the tourism sector through major events.
